The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Before even getting to the sleeping, we have to express just how adorable our room was. Every piece in it had been selected with classic beauty and comfort in mind. Leadville, as a town, is on the National Register of Historic Places, and it's nice to have even the more modern hotels on the outskirts present that historic feel. The TV is masked completely within the wardrobe that's been purposed as an entertainment center, until you want to see it. The simple table has a lovely lace tablecloth, and the room as a whole was just quaintly romantic. Well, except the bathroom, which wasn't quaint at all, it was modern, and big enough to throw a party inside. We figure that was to ensure ADA compliance, since there were excellently arranged grab-bars and a folding tub-seat as well.
