OMG! Best complimentary hotel breakfast I have had in years. By far the most variety I have seen in complimentary breakfast options. This wasn't just an assortment of pastries or a single waffle maker. We are talking a build-your-own omelet station, everything you need for breakfast burritos, potatoes, sausage, bacon, eggs, choice of cereals, tasty and healthy muffins/pastries, and even fruit options. It was a pretty small breakfast nook, but it had everything. We are staying here any time we visit Farmington in the future! If you are completely crazy and opt out of the complimentary breakfast options, or you need any other meal of the day, there are 3 restaurants within a 5-minute walk, The room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed for the price, and a lot of care obviously goes into the comfort of the guests. 

The neighborhood feels a little rough and industrial.
