I learned my lesson about ordering the full, smothered breakfast burrito after having to be rolled back out of the restaurant. It's worth more than the asking price since it's not only one of the best breakfast burritos in a town brimming with excellent breakfast burritos, it's also big enough to be a full meal for two people... or more.... The green chile sauce is warm, spicy, and tastes of comfort and home. The eggs are light and fluffy, the hashbrowns slightly crispy, and the bacon delightfully smoky. All in all, a big, tasty tortilla-wrapped mound of joy.

The 3 egg omelet is every bit as giant and made for 2. It's actually too full for the eggs to remain fluffy, but no complaints here since the flavors blend masterfully and all the veg inside makes one feel much less guilty about polishing off a full day of calories in a single sitting.

We're definitely headed back to try more of the menu at our first opportunity.
