Why on earth would a university town roll up its sidewalks on Sundays? A question for the locals next time we're in Las Vegas. This was the only place open on the Plaza, but they do make a mean "Rabbit Milk Latte" (basically a honey and vanilla concoction that may have a different name farther from Easter). 

They sell "smoothies" but don't let that description fool you, they're really chunkies! The sludge of ice, pineapple and other crunchy bits rendered by the blenders on our visit could not be pulled through a straw. Mind you, the overall flavor profile was amazing and highly refreshing. We're so happy they were open when we stopped, though, that we'll rate the experience well despite the chunky frozen drink.
