Over the years, I've seen a lot of businesses come and go in this location. I have to say that Simply Fabulicious is the most adorable. The complete cuteness of the pink and grey exterior is why we stopped on our way out of town to go in.

That adorability stretches right on inside, where everything is pink and swirly. I wanted to love this place right up until I ordered and realized that little-to-nothing is made in-house. It's a sweet shop fit to tuck into any standard shopping center or strip-mall on the planet. The Ice cream is obviously from a large-scale distributor, and the barrels and barrels of taffy are from a distant supplier. 

The lemon bars were better than the ice cream, and I can only hope they were made with at least a small helping of love and care. If we're back through Farmington again any time soon, we are likely to stop back by in hopes that the care that went into the exterior begins to trickle into the product within.
