Seasons 52
Albuquerque, NM

Since this place is local, we waited to post after our second visit to be able to evaluate consistency. Both visits involved the whole grilled cauliflower appetizer, mushroom flatbread, and golden beet salad.
Each time the cauliflower was perfectly cooked, slightly smoky, and covered in creamy, cheesy goodness. The mushroom flatbread is a solid choice of savory mushrooms, cheese, and green onions. The golden beet salad is well balanced between sweet, savory, and bright. All in all, it's an excellent choice. Best yet, the quality of all three dishes was steady across both visits.
Our first visit was lunch and our second dinner, so the menu was subtly different between visits. Lunch is definitely the better time to visit, since the half-flatbread and soup combo was by far the best thing we had on all visits combined. None of the dinner entrees held a candle to the bean soup, and while I think it might have been on the dinner menu, it's slightly too little to be a stand-alone meal, but too large to be matched with anything bigger than a half-flatbread.
