Pho Quang Trung
Westminster, CA
November 17, 2018
We were sightseeing around various neighborhoods we hadn't visited before and hunger snuck up on us. Seeing the brightly lit sign, we wandered in, and were seated immediately. There were a few other occupied tables in the place, which was a promising sign at the odd hour we were visiting.
After perusing the incredible number of options, I decided that I simply wanted my favorite comfort food, Pho with rare beef. Raz decided to be a bit more adventurous and go for a mixed seafood and vegetable dish that I didn't manage to catch the name of.
Both meals came out quickly, and the quality was excellent. I had reason to wish I'd ordered a small bowl rather than medium as I could not quite manage to finish all of the delectable broth. Every bit of strange sea creature on Raz's plate was super fresh, as were all the bits of green, despite our visit being at the very tail end of California's long growing season.
We were suitably impressed and left full and happy. Should we be back in the neighborhood, we would definitely return.
