I ate here while in New Orleans for a conference. This was the best meal I had on that trip. 
I had the grilled oysters and the seafood combination platter. Everything was delicious but the grilled oysters were the best I've ever had. The combination of grill flavor with the spices on top was fantastic. I had oysters once again before I left the area, at a different place and by comparison, Neyow's were dramatically better and richer in flavor. 
Everything on the seafood combination platter was as good and very fresh. As sides I ordered the sweet potatoes tots and the potatoes with parsley. The sweet potatoes were very good, but everything else on the plate was complemented a lot better by the mashed potatoes with parsley. 
As mentioned by other reviewers, the service was exemplary, as well. This place is definitely a favorite for the next time we visit
