LongHorn Steakhouse

Albuquerque, NM

July 21, 2018

I had possibly the smallest, most adorable piece of steak ever. Really, though, that 6 oz sirloin was the perfect portion. The medium-rare I ordered was a little redder that I'm used to, but the wonderful server warned me of that during ordering. I like meat as rare as I can safely get away with, so I kept my medium-rare, and was glad I did. Raz erred on the side of caution and went with medium-well instead of his usual medium for his ribeye. Definitely too done for my taste, but still tender, so the grill master gets mad props from me.

Though my steak looked tiny on the giant plate, and the steamed broccoli that accompanied seemed sparse, in reality, it was an ideally sized meal, and with the accompanying small loaf of freshly baked bread I was quite happily sated.
