When we dropped by late in the evening, we had concern that it was not actually open, however, as there was no one in the food-prep area. We waited, decided our order, and waited some more. Then, we pulled out the mobile devices and began looking somewhere else to have dessert. We had just decided on an alternative when someone finally showed up and took our order. 

While what we had was not the most exciting or smoothest rolled ice cream we have ever tried, it was fresh, small-batch, and made-to-order, and therefore a definite point in favor of this place.
