The general store doesn't look like much from the outside, and San Antonio, NM isn't generally a place a lot of tourists stop except for those 2 times a year the Trinity Site is open. However, next time you're driving I-25 you should really take the exit for San Antonio, NM and try the fudge at the General Store. It's some of the creamiest and most flavorful fudge we have had. They also have ice cream, cold drinks, and all the other necessities of a reasonable road-trip stop, but the fudge is pretty much worth making this a destination in its own right!
