This review is specific to the Huwaka restaurant,  which,  as previous reviewers state,  should have its own page. We may have had better things to say were the buffet open,  and the variety available for our visit.  Alas,  one of the many things not advertised is that the buffet does not open until 8am,  though the restaurant opens at 7am.  We had the choice of waiting most of an hour,  ordering from the menu,  or hoping to find somewhere else to dine. We chose option #2, which was ok,  we guess...  

R had the Spicy Chorizo Skillet,  and I ordered the Blue Corn Pancakes. What I ended up having was basic Buttermilk Pancakes,  since the restaurant was out of blue cornmeal,  which I was not informed of until after I ordered and my menu was taken away.  Turns out that the regular pancake stack does not come with choice of meat like the blue corn option is supposed to,  which I was not informed of until my flapjacks arrived,  so I opted out of sausage links rather than take an extra charge and wait for another dish. 

The reason why this is a 2 star review rather than 1 after that staggering display of frustratingly poor organization,  is that the Spicy Chorizo Skillet was pretty darn good. The green chile had enough kick,  and the chorizo had good flavor. The pancakes were light and fluffy.  The restaurant is actually quite beautiful,  and the server was prompt,  even with bad news...
