This is our new favorite breakfast spot in Santa Fe.  We arrived a few minutes after they opened and were seated immediately. Our servers were quietly attentive,  and the restaurant itself was super clean and unpretentiously classy.   The locals obviously know how great this place is,  because every table was full when we finished.

Now to the food:  Cannot rave enough about the baguettes! 
They were the closest to the ones in Paris that we've found here at home. We got "the French plate" which consisted of salad,  charcuterie, cheeses,  the amazing baguette,  and some pickled garnishes. Every piece of that plate was carefully selected,  beautifully arranged, and super tasty.  We also had the ham & cheese crepe,  which was every bit as good. 

We had to stop by the pastry counter on the way out and pick up some for the road,  because everything looked so good!
